What is CarBarley™?
CarBarley™ is a low GI (glycemic index) carbohydrate which is sourced from waxy-barley starch and has a high amylopectin content of 92% with approximately 7g of sugar per serving.
This low GI carbohydrate is ideal for preparation and recovery for a range of sports.
Who is CarBarley™ Suitable for?
Many athletes and gym-users may look to use this as a replacement to many simple sugars when increasing daily carbohydrate intake. Ideal for endurance-based events and team sports as a source of low GI carbohydrates.

Add 200ml-250ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 2 heaped MP large scoops (75g) and top up with water to 600-1000ml. Shake and consume.
1 x level MP Plastic Scoop (large) weighs 35g.
Pre work-out: We recommend having 75g of CarBarley up to an hour before taking part in high-intensity exercise.
Post work-out: We recommend consuming approximately 75g immediately post work-out.
Carbohydrate loading: We recommend taking approximately 2 x 75g servings across the days leading up to your event, and a further serving in the morning of the race.

This product along with Waxy Maize are the only carbs I can use. They are easy to digest, and don't make me feel bloated afterwards. It tastes grate too.Goes Well With:Rice Protein, Whey Isolate
