Bench press
5I got the blue pair and didn’t notice a smell like the other reviews say. Super thick with lots of resistance. I use it for bench press so I don’t slip on the bench and it works great.Â

Manufacture issues
3I bought the whole set (blue, dark and light grey) and in each set, 1 of the bands had less tension then the other. At first, I thought maybe my right shoulder was stronger than the left shoulder when I did shoulder press but when I switched hands, the same problem occurred. To bad because these bands are very smooth compared to other ones I have purchased in the past.

5I am very pleased, good quality. The only drawback is the smell ... they smelled like asphalt for over a month

Blue resistance bands
5Really nice quality bands, good size I would recommend. Would be better if they sold them separately though as I didn’t need two bands.Â

High Quality and Useful
5These bands are thicker and heavier than I expected. The 11-36kg (25-80lbs) cited for the blue ones seems accurate to the resistance level provided. I can bench 215lbs right now, and doing push-ups with these bands is still a great workout. I may have to order some of the lighter bands to do lateral raises, since these are a bit too heavy for those, and the heavier ones for bicep curls. Excellent quality and value. Would recommend.Â
