4This is a very useful item to have, as allows extra grip on barbell,dumbbell, and cables. It comes off very easily and so far I’ve enjoyed using this product.Â

5I can’t believe it took me this long to start utilising chalk with my big lifts. It is instant and works a treat, has made deadlifting & barbell rows a lot easier to maintain the grip

5This chalk has never let me down, wether it be Bench, Squat, or deadlift. My grip strength is insane with this chalk, and it's quick and easy to use, it's also the best value for money chalk I've used. The only drawback, which I'll admit is because I use too much, is that I get covered in the stuff, the guys at the gym call me calk man XD

Mind blown. Highly recommend
5My main issue with the gym is grip. After using lifting straps to perform  deadlifts for almost 2 years, I always under estimated the performance with chalk. After seeing others perform heavy deadlifts with nothing but chalk, I knew it was time to test for myself. On first use, I performed a personal best without the straps. Not only that, but a little goes a long way. After 2 months my forearms have significantly increased in size and I haven’t used my straps since.

Gym essential
5Been using this for as long as I can remember. Super convenient and not messy. Only a small amount is needed to dry my hands and improve my grip. Would highly recommend in everyone’s gym bag.Â

Gives you the extra grip needed
5Does it what it says! This is amazing stuff, just when your grips giving up and the bar is sliding out of your hands. The chalk allows you to hold more weight and strong grip. Without it i couldn't deadlift more than 160kg. I don't get on with straps so this is the perfect solution
