This jacket is lightweight but really warm which is a huge positive. It feels like it's not going to provide much warmth but actually it's quite the opposite. The material is lovely and soft and it has plenty of good sized pockets including an internal pocket. The reason why I only gave this jacket 4 stars, is the sizing/fit. I am somewhere between a UK8 and a UK10 so would fit into a small according to the size guide. I buy a small in most things, sometimes an XS because I have a small bust. I bought a medium because I figured I wanted something that I could wear a hoody underneath and was conscious that I have fairly large delts and arms and my back is a little wider than the average size 8 so the jacket would need to accommodate those plus my thick hoody. I didn't think this would make that much of a difference though as I figured that a supplement company would produce clothing that fitted a more athletic body type and before the product arrived, I was starting to worry that I might need to return it and get a smaller size. I've received the jacket and I am so glad I ordered a medium. It's an absolutely lovely jacket and anyone with "normal" proportions should absolutely follow the size guide and get whatever size their measurements fit within...but anyone with lats and delts should definitely go up a size because if I had bought this jacket in a small, I wouldn't have been able to put my arms out in front of me with it fastened despite it being really loose around the waist. My proportions are not extreme so some kind of elasticated panel under the armpit and inner arm would solve this problem. As I said above though, I really do love this jacket and the quality of it, just a little bit disappointed that a supplement company that promotes bodybuilding and muscle growth didn't take this into consideration in the ladies' clothing range.
