Healthy fats are an essential to any diet. These fats are termed unsaturated fats and come in the form of omega-6 and omega-3. These two fats should be consumed in an equal ratio, but currently omega-6 intakes are very high with Omega-3 intakes being well below recommendations. Omega 3 contains the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA that must be consumed through dietary sources such as fatty fish like salmon and sardines. The Myprotein Omega 3 contains both EPA and DHA, 18% and 12% respectively.
Omega 3 contains 360mg EPA and 240mg DHA in each serving, therefore delivering an adequate intake of omega-3 to your diet. Omega-3 is incredibly important for cardiac function whereby high intakes can reduce levels of harmful cholesterol LDL and has been shown in scientific studies to reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and related risk factors such as diabetes and high blood pressure*.
Omega-3 oil is also beneficial for joint health which is a particular good aspect within performing exercise of high intensity and high impact*.
Omega 3 is suitable for all individuals who want to increase their daily omega 3 intake and achieve a healthy balanced diet. In particular active individuals who want to lose weight or gain added benefits within joint care*.
for an optimum intake Omega-3 can be taken 1-3 times per day with meals.

Myprotein supplements which is the only brand which have many different flavours. All flavours have great taste.Proteins are one of the most amazing group of molecules in the human body. They are complex combinations of smaller chemical compounds called amino acids. These are like the bricks or building blocks of a building. There are about twenty two amino acids. Some can be made in the body from other amino acids, or in other ways. However, at least eight or ten of them must be obtained from our diet. All of the amino acids contain oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and nitrogen. Many also contain sulfur. Like building blocks, millions of these amino acids are chained together, stuck together, and folded over each other to form complicated shapes and structures to create millions of critical body .Proteins are associated with motion, the basic quality of animal life. While plant life is more concerned with sugars and carbohydrates, animal life is more concerned with proteins.
Was worried because a previous Omega 3 I had bought had a tendency to make me nauseous and burp up fish taste but after taking these twice a day for the last week, I have had no signs of nausea and I have not had any indigestion. The importance of Omega 3 in your diet is essential so having a pill that doesn't make you gag is key - this is it! Goes Well With:glucosamine, CLA, and daily multi-vitamin
My protein supplements are the best to recover the breakdown muscles in our body..Today I'll share some tips of excess intake of protein. The body is unable to store excess protein. Dietary protein is converted to individual amino acids by the digestive process, which are then absorbed. When amino acids are in excess of needs the liver takes up the amino acids and subjects them to deanimation, a process that converts the nitrogen from the amino acids into ammonia, further processed in the liver into urea via the urea cycle. Excretion of urea is performed by the kidneys. Other parts of the amino acid molecules can be converted into glucose and used for fuel. When food protein intake is periodically high or low, the body tries to keep protein levels at an equilibrium by using the "labile protein reserve" to compensate for daily variations in protein intake. However, unlike body fat as a reserve for future caloric needs, there is no protein storage for future needs.Excessive intake of protein increases calcium excretion in urine, occurring to compensate for the pH imbalance from oxidation of sulfur amino acids. The research is inconclusive as to whether this calcium excretion from bone resorption contributes to osteoporosis. A regular intake of calcium stabilizes this loss. But then another issue arising from over-consumption of protein is a higher risk of kidney stone formation from calcium in the renal circulatory system.
I am one of the authorised reviewer for Myprotein products. Check seal below for authentication. Myprotein has always invested a lot in product innovation and quality. This works as an effective supplement to boost endurance and overall energy levels when taken pre workout, i also feel they work well intra workout during hard workouts to allow for you to maintain higher levels of intensity, being essential amino acids these cannot be product by the body and must be consumed from food sources. This powdered version works well and bipasses digestion unlike solid foods and goes straight to the muscle where it can provide its performance benefit, and aid in muscle repair after hard workouts. And hey don't forget to use referral code 'fit - rr' (no space in between hyphen and letters) in capital letters while signing up for great offers. I hope it helps. Thank you :) Goes Well With:water
My protein supplements are on top.Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it. Vitamins and minerals, which are needed in only small quantities, are called "micronutrients." But unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. I used this referral code and got 33% of on every purchase. Its very useful and unique referral code. Use this code for amazing offers and deal. Thanks
A good omega 3 supplement, doesn't have any of the unpleasant after taste of fish or the cheep gel coating.
Fish oil is fish oil, the capsules r stuck together in the container, the price is right but to wait two weeks for my order is ridiculousGoes Well With:Anything
Nothing much to say other than these do not smell or taste undesirable, which is something that cannot be said of most fish oils/omega 3's.Goes Well With:Water. Food.
Good fish oil for the price. Goes Well With:Multivitamins.
I only get these when Omega Balance is out of stock which is unfortunately often. Gotta take twice the amount because these are half as concentrated... which not only means they don't last as long but also that I lose fat macros taking twice the oil pills, lol. #povertymacrosquad Please consider stocking things more often!
The capsules are large but easy to swallow with water. No oily fish taste. I prefer to only take one per day but it is suggested to take two to three.
Just what the label says. I bough this to increase my intake of healthy fats. This supplement does what its supposed to do. The only thing I don't like about it is that the amount of omega-3's is relatively low. You have to take 2-3 a day to get up to the recommended daily value of omega-3'sGoes Well With:water
Got a great deal on the omega 3 and what is there to say it's a omega 3 pill.
This is a great product to get those Omega 3's. No fishy taste or burps. Highly recommend this product to help with joints.Goes Well With:Food
I used to take fish oil and daily vitamins with my meals when I started hitting the gym hard. I believe they really helped me by making me feel more awake and full of energy throughout the day with work and school as well. These fish oils are great, there's no fishy after taste and they seem to be great quality for anyone who is trying to get some omega-3s in their diet.Goes Well With:Any food
When I take them with some food, there is no burping up fish oil. That is great.,Goes Well With:Any protein or crabs
This Omega 3 Gel tab is easy on the pallette and is very efficient in some very important areas === aka your Heart Goes Well With:Lemonade
I wish it came in a larger bottle. Stuff works like it's supposed to.
Started taking three of them every day and have noticed significant improvement in my joints. Use to have knee discomfort after squats and Olympic lifts, but this has definitely helped alleviate that. Very cheap and affordable too.Goes Well With:Water
Awesome product, highly recommend it. Great taste and great results.
