Zero ability to mix
Looks cool but, in practice, this shaker does not mix at all. I have other shakers that I rely on and use all the time and bring this one out when the others are in the dishwasher or I'm too lazy to wash them up. I regret it each time. I try and put more water and less powder and shake harder than usual with this shaker and still get dry powder at the top of the opening, and endless amounts of lumps. Terrible, terrible product. Should be discontinued.Goes Well With:..out protein powder.

Its simple but effective, it has a store that I use for haribo after a workout, and another that you can put protein powder in to mix before a workout. It's a good size for my bag. Just make sure it's shut properly before shaking and you're all good :)Goes Well With:Whey Isolate

Never leaks and never gets any clumpy mixes this is an amazing shaker. The storage on the bottom also holds my multivitamins and pills. Perfect.
