You've partnered with Myprotein to create your own bundle, why do you use/like each of the items?
1. Triple Stack Bar - I love using the Triple Stack Bar as an on-the-go snack, especially on days my protein intake is lacking! They are SO yummy and filling, they are one of my favorite snacks.
2. Protein Cookies - Much like the Triple Stack Bar, I love having the cookies as an on-the-go snack when I need some more protein in my day! I also love having these when I'm craving something sweet! It's my favorite when it's heated up in the microwave and with a glass of almond milk!
3. Protein Pancake Mix - One of my favorite breakfasts is protein pancakes and this mix makes the pancakes super easy, delicious, and high in protein! My favorite way to make them is 1 egg, 1 1/2 scoops of the mix, a little water to make it your desired consistency, then blueberries!
How did you get into fitness?
I got into fitness at a young age, I played soccer growing up and once that ended in high school, I knew I needed to stay active to maintain the level of health soccer gave me. I decided to head to the gym and get a personal trainer to learn more about lifting weights and instantly fell in love! From there I have just been learning and evolving my relationship with the gym. I, unfortunately, let my relationship with fitness take over my life for a while, falling victim to an eating disorder and a toxic relationship with fitness. But as I've grown and learned more about overall health, it has allowed me to lessen the emphasis on moving my body for aesthetics and begin moving my body for health (mental, physical, emotional,etc). I also have fallen in love with many forms of movement and do not limit myself to just going into the gym. I love playing tennis, hiking, boxing, and doing HIIT workouts!
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by my desire to be a healthy, happy, and able human. I am no longer motivated by weight loss or aesthetic goals, but rather what my body can do, and how I FEEL. I just want to feel good and live a healthy life!

Life is WAYYY too short to not eat pizza!
