good for choc cravings

to me these tasted a little fake- but i thought they tasted a bit like chocolate milkshake! the macros are good for a treat and they definitely fix the chocolate cravings. They are very light so dont fill me up at all though. I use them when making night snacks or flex bowls- they are great as a topping to casein pudding or proats. i wouldnt really eat them by themselves but for adding crunch and a chocolatey hit to things they are great
