Creatine Gluconate is a readily form of creatine attached to a sugar (gluconate) molecule to help enhance the absorption and uptake of creatine into the working muscles. This increased uptake allows for a more rapid load of phosphocreatine stores following a workout where the muscles are more receptive to taking on board nutrients.
Supplementing Creatine Gluconate will significantly increase the concentration of creatine in skeletal muscle where it is stored as creatine phosphate (PCr). Creatine phosphate helps to restore ATP by donating a phosphate molecule to ADP to resynthesise ATP. This is how and why creatine has been shown to boost performance, strength and power in numerous studies and is can be the ideal supplement for short-term, high intensity sports such as sprinting or weight lifting.

Mix 1 tsp (5g) with 6-8 fl oz of water, fruit juice or preferred beverage and consume immediately. Consume Creatine Powder between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts. NOTE: Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily when supplementing with creatine.
