Great Soy Product
5I just keep buying this powder. The chocolate taste isn't super strong, so this isn't my favorite protein to drink alone, but I use it in most everything else. I throw a scoop into shakes, protein bars, oatmeal, mix with powdered peanut butter, etc. Soy protein in general mixes well, and this is no exception. Highly highly recommend for it's low-calorie, low-sodium, and high-protein content. Simple, versatile and well worth the cost. Goes Well With:Oatmeal, PB2, shakes

Chocolate Smooth
5I received the 2.2lb Chocolate Smooth flavor. I usually just make a chunky "pudding" of this and ice water. Sometimes I add chia seeds and let it chill for a bit. It mixes really well and it tastes, like the name, very smooth. The flavor is a light chocolate and not overtly sweet to be off putting. Would reorder.Goes Well With:water, milk

Ehh
3Honestly, this protein is fairly sub par. It accomplishes what it sets out to as far as a protein, but it's taste and mix-ability are very bad. It tastes very chalky and has a very grainy consistency. The only upside is the fact that it is quite a bit cheaper than it's competitors.

Hard to mix, but works
4This is SUPER hard to mix with water. I usually need to use my blender to mix it. But it gets the job done. It definitely has a strong soy flavor. I purchased the chocolate flavor, but the soy is the only flavor I can taste. I will just buy the unflavored one next time! I mix it with BCAA, because I usually workout before breakfast. The flavor of BCAA makes it taste better.Goes Well With:BCAA

Cheap, effective - know what you're buying
3I initially brought this protein to complement my recent endeavor into vegetarianism. I read all of the reviews and decided that I could deal with the taste and texture, as I'm used to buying unflavored protein and supplements. I was, however, not prepared for the literal pancake batter pudding that this particular protein powder produces. I have mixed this with water, milk and various juices. I have blended it in a Ninja, Vitamix, and used a blender bottle. Nothing. Absolutely nothing cuts the chalky texture, or stops it from forming a viscous, partially gelatinous, unflavored, mildly sandy porridge for your protein supplementing pleasure. This powder may be useful in actual pancake, cake or other confectionery batter; however, I would implore you to dig deep, really explore your emotional attachment to soy, and make a pragmatic decision about this. This is not for your blender bottle. It does not matter what you do or how hard you shake (ha!) it. is. not. worth. the. drinking. pain. This stuff may actually make a decent beer batter - I may try that to make myself feel better about fried items. Like, ordering a diet coke with my triple bacon (soy bacon) burger (veggie burgers now). Just order the whey, unless you're really in to thick, thicc...pudding. Goes Well With:I haven't found anything yet
