Great taste but...
4The taste is wonderful and i like the fact that there's no caffeine in it which means no jitters. However the beta alanine itch is not so pleasant. I use a half scoop of powder instead of a full to avoid that. That probably reduces the effectiveness of The Pump but it's still a great pre workout regardless. Goes Well With:Water

4One thing I have to admit upon the first day of taking this I noticed that I had a lot more increased endurance I was able to workout a lot faster and farther during my cardio workouts and during my strength training I had increased multiple reps before getting tired but one thing that was negative to me is that within 15 minutes after taking the pre-work out I have this uncontrollable itch all over my body it started on my face during my exercise it was super uncomfortable I felt that I had a lot of tiny ants just coming over me I have no idea if this was normal because I didn’t see anybody else mentioned this in the review and this is my first time taking pre-workout in about six years years

Highly Recommend
5First off, it's great to see a "pump" product with the correct dosage of L-Citrulline (6 grams). I typically have some quick carbs and then take this 30-40 mins before lifting. Mixes well and tastes great. Gives me a full pump every time. Definitely recommend.

Amazing!
5This preworkout is perfect and it solved every problem I’ve had in the past. I can use it anytime without worrying about relying on caffeine or having it keep me up in the evenings, and I can take caffeine separately if I want the added energy. The grapefruit flavor is amazing, sweet and barely sour and it mixes fully even in a normal bottle leaving no powder. The ingredients are perfect and I get the best pump and energy despite no caffeine, definitely will buy more!Goes Well With:Water

4Very good pre workout. I’ve used couple different pre workouts out there, and the pump meets expectations, gives you that extra push and focus at the gymGoes Well With:Gatorade zero

Pretty Good Pre-Workout
5As far as pre-workout goes this stuff doesn’t taste too bad. I appreciate that it doesn’t have stimulants but can still help get in a few more reps. I would recommend this product for anyone that is looking for a pre-workout but trying to avoid caffeine. Goes Well With:Water
