It works as well as you do
5I'm a notorious hard gainer. If you put the work in and get the calories you will gain weight. This provides those extra calories and GOOD calories. Drink it regularly and lift consistently and you will see results. I gained about 3 pounds during my first bag. Flavor is good, but consistency can get a little thick, so don't be afraid to add some extra liquid. Goes Well With:Almond Milk, Whole Milk, Peanut Butter, Bananas, Strawberries.

Gritty
3I just switched over from optimum nutrition weight gainer. I got strawberry flavor taste like the strawberry pocky sticks. The difference is that it is really gritty I can handle but when I'm chugging it I might choke one day. I've read reviews no one has similar problem. Maybe I got a defective bag? Goes Well With:Water

A fine supplement
5Picked up the 5.5lb bag during a great sale (always great sales). This product isn't so much of a mass gainer as compared to others like Serious Mass, Up Your Mass, etc... BUT, it's a solid high calorie protein shake that can add some easy, smooth and clean calories to supplement your daily diet. If you're wanting to put on size without the bloated feeling of other very high calorie gainers, add a couple of these shakes to your daily intake. The good thing is this product doesn't make you feel too full so you'll still feel like eating throughout the day to pack those extra calories in. Great quality, great taste. I mix milk and add a bit of chocolate syrup to yield about 550 calories. Thanks, Myprotein!Goes Well With:Milk

Great product
4I have been struggling to gain weight for a little while with the scale not moving. I got this product and gained weight fairly quickly using it once a day after my workout, along with other MP products. Its defiantly helped me add extra calories to gain extra weight. Highest Quality Protein On the Market
5This stuff is absolutely amazing. It doesn't give you bloating feeling. Unlike others my protein has the highest bound concentration amount of protein according the labdoor. 5I got chocolate smooth. It has a great taste, mixes well with water or milk, and it has the right amount of macros for me. I wanted something that wasn't to heavy on the carbs but still had enough of what i needed and not just bunches of sugar like other mass gainers. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors.
