What is Beta Alanine?

Beta Alanine is one of the 20 amino acids required in protein synthesis. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins whereby Beta alanine is a non-essential amino acid and the only naturally occurring beta-amino acid.

Beta Alanine works with L-Histidine to help increase Carnosine concentration in the skeletal muscle. Beta alanine can cause a tingling and flushing effect on the skin which some individuals find to give a motivating effect. Beta alanine can be taking within loading and maintenance phases whereby consumption can be spaced throughout the day.

Who is Beta Alanine Suitable for?

Beta alanine is ideal for anyone participating in sports looking to increase ability and performance within prolonged exercise that requires explosive actions such as sprinting, weight training or boxing and those involved in prolonged endurance exercise.

Warnings: Beta Alanine can cause a tingling and flushing effect on the skin. This is a perfectly normal reaction by the body and not harmful.

Consume 2 tablets twice daily during the first 4 weeks, and then 2 tablets once daily thereafter.
