To make your own protein packed muffins preheat oven to gas mark 5/190C and line a muffin tin with paper muffin cases. Mix 3 1/3 large scoops (100g) with 100ml of milk and add 2 tablespoons of Myprotein's Coconupure Oil (Coconut oil). Separate into 4 portions and cook the muffins for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
