Place wrist through one of the loops and pass the second loop underneath the bar. Feed your wrist through the second loop, securing the bar in place. Grip the bar and the strap securely before performing your lift.

Definitely helped out on back day without grip being a limiting factor. People claim that people who use straps have small forearms but as long as u train forearms you will be fine. Definitely recommend these straps.

First time using figure of 8 straps, so much easier to use than standard straps and with the padding these are much more comfortable and don’t leave my wrists all red. Would definitely recommend these

Easy to use and effective. I used to struggle on pull days when trying to target my back because my grip would give in. Using these is the best possible way to avoid grip strength causing me to not be able to work out my back. Takes about 10 seconds to put on- tik toks videos and what not help demonstrate

I got these as I started my Deadlift journey(200kg target) and needed that extra support with my grip! (For reference I made my target) These are comfy and have a good fit so I felt In complete control and also the price for the quality is another HUGE BONUS!! Anyone wanting to lift a heavier Deadlift would be mad to not get theses added to there MyProtein basket!!

These straps don’t fit nor work the way that they are shown to do. I had to buy another pair that were what I expected with the ones that I got instead.
