5These are probably the cheapest straps I’ve seen around, especially when on sale. Quality seems good - had a pair for over a year and they have held up well, and even bought a second pair so I can keep one pair in my home gym, and another in my gym bag, so I never forget to bring them with me! Figure 8s are super easy to use and require little setup on the bar. Great way to take grip out of the equation when it’s not part of your training focus.

5If you struggle to maintain grip, or even form during deadlifts then these are a must have. I injured my back over a year ago with a poor deadlift (long legs make it a challenge to keep form). Anyway, after 1 year out of the gym I wanted to deadlift again, but without further injury. First back session and these worked a dream. Excellent grip and they just pull you naturally into form. Easy to use and the price is very good. They’re far better than the usual straps and quicker to get on/off. Can’t go wrong with these.Â

5Easy to use and make lifting and holding heavy weights much easier. Great for deadlifts, dumbbell lunges and anything where you don't want your grip to get tired before the muscles you're working do. The material seems very tough too so I don't see these breaking anytime soon (better touch wood though as I've only been using them for about a month or so) and the neoprene inner-lining makes them comfy to wear. I never got on with regular workout gloves as they're often a pain to put on/take off, but these get around that problem entirely.

4These straps are great for fairly heavy dead lifts (250kg+) where your grip gives out before your back (I twist them for a nice tight fit). Also good for any pull exercises with the same issue. Apply & release quickly and easily - better than regular wrap-around straps. Have used these for 6 months plus (I have a home gym setup) and they are in decent nick, not frayed or ripped.

5My hands are very weak, so usually i couldn’t hold the weight. For example -If before i was doing lunges with 12 kg one side, now with these stripes i can do it with 20 kg :) super happy..
