Leaks if you aren't careful
1You have to be really precise when you screw the lid on or it will leak. Not bad for a cheap protein shaker though.

Leaks from cap
1Would not recommend this bottle, even for the low price. It constantly leaks where the cap screws into the bottle. Goes Well With:Spilling the contents down your shirt.

Weak
3Only bought because I was 85 cents below free shipping. You have to be rediculously precise or it leaks when you shake it. I only use over the sink. However, of you have it on perfect it works great. The mechanism is solid it's just cheap plastic. It was worth the four dollars it cost

Great, Classic Blender

Poor quality
1Very low quality shaker, i made the mistake of buying 6 of them and they all leak. Worst shaker I've used in my 16 year lifting career.

it's a shaker
4As far as a shaker cup goes, this one works just fine. The inclusion of the mesh grille helps with mixing your favorite protein or other powdered substances. The only thing that's potentially a cause for concern is where the cap meets the lid. This seems kind of week and after a good amount of use, I can see this potentially breaking. If you depend on the markings on the side of the cup and you're used to ounces, this cup in particular only has markings for milliliters. Just something to keep in mind.

Not so good
2The top is hard to twist back on. If it's not perfectly aligned it will leak and it's hard to notice until you've already made a mess. I only shake this thing over a sink.

5Pretty dope shaker, the cap/lid is kinda annoying cause it creates a suction like effect when you open and close it but it's alright. It does it's job you know and that's what matters and you can guarantee that liquid inside won't spill cause the lid is basically suctioned to the cap.Goes Well With:Whey Protein
