Solid. String Velcro.
Very solid wrist straps with strong Velcro. Wrap around a good amount. Material seems well made and I imagine will last years.Â

Great for lifting
I had recently suffered from a wrist injury and struggled to bench press at all but since using the straps my wrists feel alot more supported and can consistently bench without pain, would highly recommend to anyone suffering from wrist pains
