After suffering a bad dislocated shoulder and a long physio build up I needed some stronger bands and these MY PROTEIN resistance bands are excellent!
I hadn't done a lot of work with bands until I bought these; but what a workout they can give you. I've ran through a couple of workouts and am left seating at the end with a decent pump. Because they are so small and light; they can go in your suitcase when you're away and you've got no excuse to skip a workout.

Bought the green and the purple bands and I'm very impressed so far. They're great for stretching and improving mobility. An ideal piece of equipment for taking on holiday when a gym isn't available. Just waiting on the red bands to become available again. Glad I joined the resistance!
