3I’ve always taken carnitine usually pro sups. Haven’t notice an extreme difference as other carnitines but definitely bang for buck taste not as strong as it smells but vinergary. I guess I prefer convenience Goes Well With:Water

Strong and Effective
5Do you like sour? Do you like vinegar? Here you go, take this stuff in powdered form. Does exactly what L-Carn does, plain and simple. Helps energize you when your carbs have run out. Take a large doseage (5g) before your workout with a small carb source, then another 5g dose midday. I do this while both losing weight and gaining weight, adding it to my small BCAA drink i have while doing my physical labor job. Keeps me lean looking with little fat gain/muscle loss.Goes Well With:Quick water and 1/2 fruit smoothy. Or just add into your current preworkout drink

Bad taste, EFFECTIVE!
5Oh man, when you open this bag you know youre in for something... special. Smells and tastes just like vinegar, maybe even worse! But it mixes instantly and perfectly with any liquid. I do feel more energized while on my cutting 70% cal fat macro diet ( this ammino helps you use body and dietary fat as energy) helping me get that extra set in, and do 1-2 reps per set.Goes Well With:NOT. WATER. Taste will make you curdle and cry. Use some kind of low sugar juice, something sour like citrus (grape fruit) to help mask the overpowering taste. Pinch your nose and chug it back!

Carnitine
4Just started using it - haven't had a chance to see results. Only reviewing the taste/'mixture. It is very bitter by itself but mixed with flavor enhancers it tastes like a sparkling juice. Mixes well.

Seem great
3I am new to body building so I don't know if the product is working. What I do know is that it tastes like vinager which I like but not with chocolate or vanilla protien so since I am doing Keto I Mik it in sour cream... Yum! The product is clumpy which probably means there are no fillers so that is okay with me! I do see my biceps growing, but I am using many supplements and so it could be the creative too.

Noticable effects
5I take this product with my intra-workout shake and I have most definitely gotten leaner since I started taking it. As to the cognitive benefits I don't quite see a difference. MP knows how to deliver to what the customer wants, I enjoy this product over other L-carnitine products because this stuff is 100% pure meaning you don't need to buy a thermogenic or other fat burner supplement that's full of proprietary blends and could be under dosing you. This stuff is cheap, works and comes from an honest company. I would most definitely recommend and buy this product again.Goes Well With:BCAA's, Pre-workout, creatine, shakes, anything besides straight water unless you enjoy the taste
