5I really like the taurine when i add it to my pre-workout mix. It mixes in well and it helps me to have an extra umph during workouts.Goes Well With:I mix mine in with a couple different things: creatine, BCAA, and ionix supreme

A regular guy
5I have a irregular heart beat, Taking supplemental Taurine along with L Arginine completely eliminates it. Purchasing it in bulk is a better price than buying tablets. I did not notice any bad taste at all, and it mixes easily and quickly in water. It is working out very well for me.

Evens you out
5I love this product cause it has calming effects with out make you feel groggy or sleepy. I take it every morning with my pre work to counter the effects of stimulate have on my heart. Before using this I would get heart palpitations from pre workouts or any caffeine and this has completely cured it with out taking away the positive effects of my pre workout Goes Well With:Pre workout

High quality and effective
5I always go for reviews and ratings when trying something new, and this product really fits the high ratings it has gotten. The unflavored kind is better as it lacks colorants that you don't want to put in your body, even more when your take products like this one before working out. When taken before bed time it also helps with sleeping and although weird, I've having more dreams while taking this product.

5I have been taking myprotine taurine beforeign I workout and it gives me a nice clean boost and gives me more focus on my workouts I bought this when it was on sale and it was a great deal. Goes Well With:Water, juice, pre workout

Taurine
5First time user of Taurine. It certainly gave be that extra step in my workout, which was very noticeable during my 1 mile run after weight training. I'm a believer!

Best out there
5I've been making my own running gels for years, mostly for long distance endurance races, usually running. If the event goes through the night or especially if it goes through two nights, I'll start incorporating taurine into the gel, and it mixes especially well compared to other taurine powders I've used. And it works extremely well either via small dosages over a long period of time, or a one time bigger dose. Not only does it keep me awake and motivated it can help you focus, especially when all my other competitors minds arnt in the best of places

5I am very satisfied with the taurine so far. I make my own pre-workout and this mixes great and there's no strong taste. The amount you get for the price is great as well.Goes Well With:BCAA's, Beta-alanine, creatine, protein, citrilline malate, etc.
