Only 60% vitamin k
5Increasing the total vitamin k % to 100 would be a great improvement as well as increasing the magnesium and decreasing the fat soluble vitamins to only 100-200% of the daily value. (100% per pill).Goes Well With:Water or anythingÂ

Does the job
5Been taking it daily for about 3 months and have had no issues. Capsules are a good size and does not cause me any stomach issues. I like taking this with the omega 3 fish oil pills every morning. Great multivitamin for a solid price
5This is a great multivitamin, especially for men who engage in regular resistance training and/or athletic activity. It contains relatively high doses of vitamins and minerals you DO want, like vitamin D3 and magnesium, without going overboard on vitamins you don't need excessive amounts of like vitamins A and E. It's a great price as well.

Inaccurate/ description
1Be Aware. The nutrition facts on the bottle is totally different than what's shown on the website. The actual label shows significantly lower daily values per serving size - 2 Capsules. Totally misleading and kinda deceptive!

2It quite upset my stomach and bladder causing me to constantly have to use the bathroom one way or the other..

5These vitamins are good. I am able to swallow them easy enough and they seem to work fine. The mix is better than most for what I need and would buy again.
