Breaks Down Well
5When getting a multi I always put on in vinegar to see how long it takes to break down. This broke down fairly quickly.

Alpha Men Vitamins
4These seem to be very good vitamins, taste will obviously be poor, there is no room to make them taste good, you should just pop them in your mouth and swallow anyway. The serving size seems to be a little much. I am taking half, one pill in the morning and one pill at night with meals. Again these seem to be a good way to make up for any lacking place in my diet for vitamins and such. Plus they make irinating fun, turns it bright yellow. Goes Well With:Water, to be taken with a meal

5These are the best multivitamins, I have tried other products that do not come close. I have been taken this product for short time, but I already feel a change in my body Metabolism. These product has help increase my energy and my metabolism has change For the better. These vitamins are worth it, I will recommend to anyone looking for vitamins.

4Great multi with a long ingredient list. Smaller pill size make them easier to take compared to others but they smell horrible and sometimes you can taste it too. Goes Well With:Any liquid
