These seem to be very good vitamins, taste will obviously be poor, there is no room to make them taste good, you should just pop them in your mouth and swallow anyway. The serving size seems to be a little much. I am taking half, one pill in the morning and one pill at night with meals. Again these seem to be a good way to make up for any lacking place in my diet for vitamins and such. Plus they make irinating fun, turns it bright yellow.
