What is CLA?
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is derived from safflower oil. It is commonly found naturally in dairy and beef products.
CLA Benefits
This provides 3g of CLA per 5g serving. Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
Who is CLA Suitable for?
This can be taken as part of a healthy diet and structured training programme.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Add 150-200ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 5g, shake and consume. Use once daily. Alternatively add to your existing sports supplements.
Note: We advise that all servings are measured using an accurate set of scales. While we make every attempt to provide an accurate equivalent measure using our Myprotein scoops, these are only approximate and are not a substitute for using a standardised measuring device.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement and therefore should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of young children.

Ugh tastes gross
This was so hard to drink, it even smells gross. I mixed it in shot size with flavoring and drank it fast. It mixes better in room temp water. Get the pills!....so much better.Goes Well With:Stevia sweet leaf water drops and water.

Tastes Bad
So unfortunately, this powder tastes like Playdoh. I even bought flavor drops beforehand because I read reviews on the taste. It did take a couple of days though for me to find what worked best. I mix it with hot green tea and a some honey. Overall, the powder is effective for me.

Terrible Taste
I bought this to get pick up a CLA in powder form rather than capsule as they tend to be a better value. I want to take the CLA while fasting (on an intermittent fasting schedule) but the maltodextrin mixed into the CLA and the carbs/calories associated with it deters me from using it more. Additionally, the taste is the worst supplement I've ever mixed and can't stand it without mixing it with something flavorful like a juice but that would ruin any intermittent fasting scheduleGoes Well With:Strong (flavor) drinks
