Keto diets use your body’s fat stores for energy, by using a lactose-free protein powder you make sure you remain in a ketogenic state — perfect for toning up and lowering your body fat percentage.
Our blend is made with highly purified collagen peptides to give you a tasty shake with very high protein content — helping you to meet your daily intake without taking on unnecessary fats and carbs.

The Collagen content is very well tolerated by my stomach. I usually have had issues with digestive disorder, but this collagen does not give me issues since it’s not flavored I mix with water and juice 50/50 mix. It’s very effective.Goes Well With:Juice
Report this reviewGreat all around product
I have this in water with nothing else other than some EAA's every now and then. It mixes very well and tastes good. I prefer this over whey now. Make sure to clean out your containers well after as it tends to get stinky if left, but I have nothing other than positives to add for this product.Goes Well With:Creatine, EAAs
Report this reviewIt's not as bad tasting as I read
Is not as bad I previously thought, I mix it with room temp water and then wait about 5 minutes for the foam to dissipate, it is actually not that bad. I finished a 1.1 bag and I can really see my hair not falling as much that is already great gain.
Report this reviewAweful smell
I wish I knew this powder had an awful smell to it. The bars was great the bands were amazing but this collagen smelled like …Goes Well With:Nothing
Report this reviewSmells bad, tastes bad, mixes bad... Chocolate review
I've tried two different brands of collagen protein both with and without flavor. This is the only one that smells and tastes horrible. I did order the chocolate after I saw the reviews for the unflavored and thought that this was different but it's not.. Doesn't mix well and I use a whisk shaker bottle that mixes just about everything else well... When I was cleaning my bottle I initially thought the clumpy remains were chunks of rotting animal remains based on smell and taste. My kitchen garbage on average smells better... I consumed it with whey that is also chocolate flavored so it's only about half collagen and it's still disgusting despite being partially masked with a good tasting protein. I think I am better off chewing my dog's nail clippings.Goes Well With:Other bad purchases just a lesson learned
Report this reviewTaste has changed and for the better!!!
I bought this in January, knowing the reviews said it tastes horrible and it did. But I sucked it up because of the price. It used to smell and taste like boiled meat. I bought it again in November and it has no flavour or smell and dissolves much better! It actually looks, dissolves and smells like the organika collagen I have bought. Overall this is a much better product! Thanks for changing it! Goes Well With:Coffee, water and orange juice.
Report this reviewFirst time collagen - good in coffee
The chocolate flavored collagen mixes well in coffee. I haven't tried to mix in a cold drink - expect mixability would not be as good. The chocolate flavor is nice, I would probably have to choke down unflavored collagen. I haven't noticed any changes to my joints or connective tissues, but I have only been using it for a week. This is a good product purchased on sale. Goes Well With:coffee

I got the chocolate flavor and omg mixes so well with my coffee and tastes delicious no need for creamer after mixing this in!!!Â
Report this reviewIt's good
Maybe there have been bad batches but the unflavored one tastes and smells like pretty much nothing to me. I'm not sure why some people are complaining. The only thing that's weird is the serving size, 20g is weirdly high for collagen but it's not like that number matters.Goes Well With:Water, or anything really. It mixes really easily.
