Great addition for your workout

Honestly this for me was a great addition to my pre workout and made me feel stronger and yielded albeit small gains but gains nonetheless. If you can get pass the odd aftertaste its a great supplement

Works Super well

I’ve been taking Myprotein Creatine consistently for about 2 months and seen significant progression with my gains!! It’s very interesting to see the reactions from friends I haven’t seen in awhile tbh 💪 😆 To anyone that’s thought of trying creatine, this one is very good quality and works and I Highly recommend it to you!!

High quality, affordable creatine - UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS

To start, you need to understand that creatine is not a steroid. It's not going to give you steroid-like gains in size or strength. First-time users and beginners need to taper their expectations. You need to load creatine. This can be done quickly (20g/day for a week), slowly (5g/day forever), or anywhere in-between. After loading, you'll start to notice subtle gains. Your muscles will looks fuller/thicker instead of just "larger". You'll have slightly faster strength gains than before. Most importantly, it'll help you recover between sets much quicker. For a heavy set of 3, you might only need to wait 2-3 minutes instead of 3-4 minutes. That's what creatine is. As an overly simplified summary, creatine monophosphate is a quicker way of producing ATP than what your body and your cells can do by breaking down carbs, fats, and proteins. Creatine is an ATP shortcut - a shortcut for your muscles to produce energy. That's why you get a little stronger and have more endurance. It's bland. It's a bit chalky. But hey, it mixes well and it works. Also, you only need about 0.03-0.05g per kg of body weight (0.014-0.023g per pound of body weight). This means that if you weigh 220lb, you'll need about 5g/day AT MOST. If you weigh less, you'll need less creatine. There's only a certain amount your body can hold on to.

Solid stuff

The tasteless powder is great for mixing with water. Only been using the product for about a month so hopefully the best results are coming but even now I’ve been feeling a slight increase in endurance and muscle performance. Instructions are clear and easy. I do wish MyProtein provided some certified source reading on creatine (a link to articles explaining what it is / how it should be used / things to look out for?). You can do your own reading but would be cool if they took more responsibility in that. 
Goes Well With:
I’ve been taking it straight with water. I usually do 8oz of water with the creatine accompanied by a meal and followed by a protein shake. I recommend taking it with food.
