I mix this in my flavored water and find that there is no taste or aftertaste to it. It dissolves really quickly. Not sure how effective it is, my goal is for long-term brain health benefits.

This is the second time I’ve bought this creatine and very happy with the price and quality. Mixes very easily and no taste I can detect. Also the new bag design is waaaay better than the old one. It’s the same weight but the bag is half the size of the old one and the zip lock actually works this time. Will keep buying this!
