5This creatine powder has been working very well. The powder has no flavor and the powder mixes well into any liquid. Take it before or after the workout. Clean product with great natural benefits. 1 scoop is all you need 1x a day. Remember to only use about 90 days and then take 1 month off to allow the body to reset. 5This stuff mixes great and has absolutely no taste. I mix it with the pea protein in a berry smoothie and it tastes phenomenal. I haven’t noticed any results from the creative yet and I’ve been taking it for 3 weeks, but I’ve watched some videos that say it works under the radar so you won’t be able to tell if it’s working. Anyways, will be buying more!
