5There is little variability among most fish oil/omega 3 pills. These don't give a bad burp taste like other fish oil. They are easy to take as well.

Gentlemen, Take 3-4
3Hey guys, these pills are 300mg of Omega 3 fish oil which is derived from Anchovies. That doesn't bother me however, we need 1.6g on the DAILY. With that said you're looking at popping anywhere from 3-5 pills a day in order to reach your* goals. That is because I for one have yet to fit fish into my regular diet (which is why I supplement, duh right?) All that being said I highly recommend this product HOWEVER I do wish perhaps there were a bigger bottle? Or maybe a bigger dose pill for those of us who don't regularly eat fish? Worth it guys.

5I have been taking omega-3s for over a year now and these are great. No fishy after taste and very affordable. My only dislike is that it's only 300mg per capsule, so if you need like 2000mg, that's a lot of pills. But overall, highly recommend it.Goes Well With:My body.

5These are awesome Omega fatty acids that are lean with no fishy after taste or burping! I’m a fitness coach and at 61 look in my 40’s. I’ve learned that taking Omega 3-6-9 reacts my arthritis and spikes inflammation in my joints mostly from the omega 6. These are clean abs high potency Omega 3 as it should be.
