Good to fuel up our ambition with my protein supplements. ..Proteins are the main building blocks of the human body. They're used to make various important things, both large and small. This includes tendons, organs and skin... as well as hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and all sorts of tiny molecules.Proteins are also the building blocks of the contractile elements in muscle.Proteins are assembled from amino acids, smaller molecules that are linked together like beads on a string. Some amino acids are produced by the body's cells, while others must be gotten from foods. The ones that we must get from foods are termed "essential" amino acids. Proteins that supply all the essential amino acids are the best... and whey protein is loaded with them.It is particularly high in important Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) like Leucine, and also contains a large amount of Cysteine. Studies show that Leucine is the most anabolic (growth promoting) amino acid, and Cysteine can help boost levels of the cellular antioxidant Glutathione. Whey protein appears to be particularly effective at stimulating growth in humans. Human breast milk is actually 60% whey, compared to 20% in cow's milk.

Previously I have been taking green tea pills from a different source, but I thought I'd give the powder a try because it was much cheaper than the pill version. It is a pain to mix, and even mixing 1mg of this into a protein shake, you can still taste it as it doesn't fully dissolve and it is SUPER strong so it overpowers the shakes. Additionally, it has made me puke twice in a row. I would not recommend this.

It tastes like what it is, strong green tea. Not that pre-sweetened bottled stuff. The extract ratio could be a little higher but it's really cheap compared to some in the stores.

It's very bitter and not unflavored. I've had it for over 8 months and I can't stomach them. I usually go through 10 60 count bottles in this amount of time. It does make me sweat when I do take it before s workout.

Green tea is great for fat burning. I got this and it tastes horrible to me. I would've rather gotten the pill version of this. I realized that after I ordered the extract/powder form. I do notice a difference of my stomach being more slim and having more energy when I do drink this tea! Overall it's good but the taste isn't too good. Definitely buy this but get the pill version unless you like drinking tea!!
