Horrible Taste
Previously I have been taking green tea pills from a different source, but I thought I'd give the powder a try because it was much cheaper than the pill version. It is a pain to mix, and even mixing 1mg of this into a protein shake, you can still taste it as it doesn't fully dissolve and it is SUPER strong so it overpowers the shakes. Additionally, it has made me puke twice in a row. I would not recommend this.

It's green tea...
It tastes like what it is, strong green tea. Not that pre-sweetened bottled stuff. The extract ratio could be a little higher but it's really cheap compared to some in the stores.Goes Well With:Rocky Road Impact Whey !!

Can't deal with the taste
It's very bitter and not unflavored. I've had it for over 8 months and I can't stomach them. I usually go through 10 60 count bottles in this amount of time. It does make me sweat when I do take it before s workout.

Okay
Green tea is great for fat burning. I got this and it tastes horrible to me. I would've rather gotten the pill version of this. I realized that after I ordered the extract/powder form. I do notice a difference of my stomach being more slim and having more energy when I do drink this tea! Overall it's good but the taste isn't too good. Definitely buy this but get the pill version unless you like drinking tea!!Goes Well With:Water
