Smells really bad
5Can easily be mixed into a drink but the smell and taste on its own is terrible.

5I got this product as a free add-on. I probably would not have tried it, otherwise. It turns out to be a good recovery option. The taste is great and it mixes well. I will probably be purchasing more.Goes Well With:Creatine, BCAAs

effective but gross
3I purchased the raspberry lemonade flavor. Extremely sweet and left a bad after taste, even after additional water was added. I thought It was effective but tough to get down.Goes Well With:water

Good stuff
5Of all of the different brands of glutamine I've tried this is one of the better ones. It mixes wonderfully and has no taste when paired with flavor drops or Mio flavorings. Now the smell leaves a lot to be desired. I usually hold my breath when opening the bag. All in all I like this glutamine a lot, but I don't think I'll ever be brave enough to consume this without a flavoring. Goes Well With:Shakes, Juices and water with flavoring.

Seems to work
4I haven't noticed any major differences as far as supposed appetite supression but I have noticed that I recover fairly quickly as far as muscles are concerned. I'll definitely continue to buy.

Added it for recovery
4So, I got this to aid in recovery and also because I'd read it aids in appetite suppression. I can't really speak too strongly for either of these, because human willpower and becoming used to a routine is key, but I think it helps. I mix it with 32oz of water in the mornings and just drink it along with that -- it mixes great, and is actually unflavored, as someone else noted. At first, I feel like I did detect a little bit of an aftertaste, but adding a bit of a water enhancer covered it until I was used to it. I like it! Will continue to buy. Didn't notice any bleach smell like another reviewer noted. I've used it for a few months and am pleased with the results. Goes Well With:water. shakes. whatever.

5This glutamine is absolutely terrific! I've have both flavoured and unflavoured and they're both amazing. The flavoured one tasted great, and replenishes my muscles post workout. I like to take it mixed with my antioxidant supplement. The unflavoured version is amazing as well. It doesn't have that chalky bitter flavour as most do. I like to mix this one directly with my protein to help replenish my muscles. Myprotein's products are by far the best bang you can get for your buck!Goes Well With:Unflavoured - Anything from water, juice, or mixed with protein powder Flavoured - Anything from just water, to juice or other fruity tasting supplements

3This product mixes well and the taste is pretty good (had the punch version). Recommend taking it after a workout and before any food.

5I added Glutamine back into my supplement array after a couple years without it. Glutamine is a pretty basic product so it's hard to rave about it. The truth is, this glutamine product was the easiest to mix that I've ever used. It literally disappears. Secondly, the unflavored is actually unflavored! You can mix it in anything without that baking soda taste and beach sand grit of other brands. All in all, a top notch product from myprotein.com Goes Well With:Pre-workout, post workout protein, and before bed protein.
