Milk protein Smooth is a product that can provide a lasting source of protein throughout all hours of the day. Milk Protein Smooth is different from regular whey protein; it consists of a carefully combined 4:1 ratio of casein protein to whey protein. This means Milk Protein Smooth can supply your muscles with a prolonged release of protein with each serving provides over 24g of protein with an extremely low fat and carbohydrate content.
Milk Protein Smooth provides a unique 78% of casein protein, with a huge 24g of protein per 30g serving. Caesin protein is known to be a slow digesting protein, meaning casein protein can help sustain appetite whilst providing the muscles with a steady source of protein, essential for the growth and prevention of muscle breakdown*.
Increased physical activity means the body’s nutritional demands also become increased. If these demands are not met, the body can begin to breakdown muscle tissue. Milk Protein Smooth is ideal for anyone looking to enhance muscle anabolism*.
Milk protein can be taken throughout the day to increase protein intake, or ideally before bed to prevent muscle catabolism. Milk protein can be combined with water or milk to form a quick and easy protein shake.

Too fine! Dusty and messy! Will not reorder smooth milk!
This reminds me of the ol' school protein powders back in the day. It does not mix well unless blended and even then you're going to have a thick chalky shake. Goes Well With:A lot of liquid and a lot of another protein.
Tastes great and does its job, but mixes terribly. Turns yogurt into concrete and you need at least 6x as much liquid as powder in order to not have a thick shake that you can actually drink. Impossible to drink in a shaker cup unless you shake for a long time, so use a blender. Still worth it and a good value, but a little disappointing.
Pre bed, I'll mix the unflavored with some flavored whey isolate or a banana before bed. Yummy. I also use a little to thicken up the unflavored Whey Isolate a little in my almond/coconut milk I pour over cheerios in the morning. It gets too thick in cereal used by itself. Doesn't dissolve that well compared to the other powders, but I use a stick blender, and that does the job.Goes Well With:Whey Isolate to vary creaminess
I use the unflavored version. i mix it with two tablespoons of that nesquik chocolate milk mix and shake it in with some milk. it makes for a pretty good tasting drink. shakes up pretty easy in the milk too using a shakerGoes Well With:milk and nesquik
I haven't actually tried this mixed in water or milk yet, only in oatmeal which didn't go great but wasn't terrible either. It doesn't mix into the oatmeal as well as my old casein from a different brand and the flavour wasn't as noticeable but it was decent and I still use it in oatmeal. The price was great and the deals here are unreal.Goes Well With:Not sure yet, have only tried oatmeal.
I think that I may have got a bad bag but this protein is borderline undrinkable sometimes. It tastes bad and is super clumpy in bag leading to me having to use a real blender rather than a shaker bottle to even be able to drink it. Seems to be effective but I can not even drink it without blending in some berries or peanut butter, it is that bad.
One of the best chocolates I have ever had for a protein mix. Very smooth and frothy.
I got this protein powder to add some extra protein to my diet and control hunger while trying to reduce calories for weight loss. It tastes fine and the slow digesting casein protein does an excellent job of keeping me feeling full between meals. Naming the product smooth is over selling things a bit though. When mixed with water or milk by itself it has a gritty texture to it no matter how much blending, shaking or stirring you do. Nothing horrible but you definitely know you are drinking a powder mixed into a liquid the whole time. Mixing it with peanut butter, yogurt or fruits (as a meal replacement) covers up the gritty texture. Goes Well With:Fresh made peanut butter for a solid meal replacement shake.
I bought the unflavored one and have had a fair amount of trouble getting it to mix well with only water. If I throw in a little regular impact whey protein, it then seems to mix better, but water alone equals milky foam that's hard to drink (either clumps of mix or nearly nothing but foam). The unflavored flavor isn't as good as that of the unflavored regular impact whey protein either. Therefore, no more of this one for me, as I'll be going exclusively with the regular impact whey protein from now on.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein mix
