Test of milk thistle
So this one's going to be short and sweet. The softgel was a nice change from the capsules, the flavor was unnoticeable (which is perfect), and the size is about average. The quality seems to be there too so I have no doubt that these are effective in helping your liver. Milk thistle is one of those few herbs with quite a bit of scientific backing.Goes Well With:water, I guess you could hide it in cheese for your pets too
