Ergogenic effect back by scientific research
Caffeine (400mg)
MYPRE combines a proprietary blend of caffeine and guarana extract to provide 400mg of caffeine (equivalent to 5 ½ small cappuccinos). Caffeine is the most universally researched ergogenic aid shown to boost cognitive function, increase exercise performance such as sprinting and jumping, decrease perception of effort so you can take your training intensity to a higher level and lastly, stimulate fat oxidation.
Creatine (4g)
A body of research studies have shown creatine to significantly enhance muscle strength, power and growth. When supplementation is combined with resistance training, studies have reflected increases in strength by 5-15%.
BCAA’s (4g)
In a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, these BCAA’s are essential for the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. An additional 800mg of Leucine has been added as Leucine is the master regulator of muscle protein synthesis (i.e. the process of muscle growth).
Vitamin and Mineral Blend
Each serving provides Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, B12, Niacin and Riboflavin which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic Acid and Biotin also contributes to normal psychological function.
Beta Alanine (3g)
Beta-alanine is taken up by the muscle fibres and combines with the amino acid Histidine, to increase carnosine concentrations. A wide body of literature suggests that carnosine increases strength and power as well as improving endurance and recovery.
L-Citrulline Malate (3g)
Still in its infancy in regards to scientific studies, promising findings suggest that citrulline malate can increase energy.
