4I felt like it kicked in really fast! It gets you pumped and easy to workout. You don't get those jitters or anything with this and its an easy come down.

4I originally got this because it was on sale. I have never used a pre-workout drink before, but I have been having to go to the gym at the end of some long days, so I thought I would give it a try to see if it helped. It did the trick. It didn't come with it's own measuring scoop, so I had to figure it out on my own, but I'm a big boy so I figured it out. I have been using this for about two weeks now to get me through my late night workouts due to finals. Once they are done I will continue to use it to get that extra boost.

Great Preworkout
5I bought the blue-raspberry flavor, and I am really liking it. I've only been taking one scoop, but it's totally doing the trick. The blue-raspberry is pretty tasty as well, although I saw that they have Watermelon so I am going to try that next. Pumps 10/10 - I could barely lift my legs at the end of my lower day. Energy 9/10 - To me 10/10 is too much energy, so this is the best possible score. I do not like some of the preworkouts that make you feel shaky for hours after. Taste 9/10 - Tastes good, but isn't blue kool-aid good.. Mixability 10/10 - Self explanatory Overall - 9.75/10 A solid preworkout that I will continue to use. Also, I like the fact that they are a UK company trying to enter the American market. Competition is good for everyone. Goes Well With:Leg day and grunting like a wild animal in the squat rack.
