So the box is pretty good and mixing the stuff with water is pretty good. However they should really change the serving size of the preworkout. 3 scoops is way too much to take at one time - learned my lesson the hard way.

the pre-workout has good ingredients except for only 2g of creatine when it should be 5g and only 250mg of caffeine which for some people will do it but didn't do anything for me and needs to be a bit more beta aliene or just take it out completely and it doesn't taste that good but the shaker will not keep your drinks cold at all but other then that it's a good shaker the amino boost is by far the best thing in this sample box and taste amazing and the coffee bost does exactly what it claims to do it's just not for me. overall it's just ok but for some people, this can be amazing I do not recommend buying this for the shaker tho.

I have purchased 2 of these to give away as a gift. It's great for people that are just starting out and dabbling into the whole realm of protein. Even if you're someone that already has been using protein products it's good to have a good variety pack. I have purchased 3 of the 4 pro range proteins individually and so far all of them are great. Although, you really have to enjoy coffee to appreciate the strong taste of the coffee boost.

excellent products, eeas and amino acids definitely help with recovery, pre work out gives a good kick. for me the taste is a bit too sweet for all these products. ideally i wish we had unflavored versions.

The sample box is nice. The 4 different powders all have a lot of serving in them. Some don't mix that well with the instructed amount of water, but a little bit more water makes it mix better. Beware of the size of the scooper for the pre-workout. You only need 1 scoop, and not 3 like it says in the instructions. Overall, I like these powders and they work pretty well.

Got the Item as an add-on. Pretty stoked to try a variety of Pro Items. Flavors are great. Only one issue is that I’m pretty sure the scoop for the Pre Workout is wrong. The Serving Size 3 scoops (15g) but the included scooper measures 18cc (so if 1 cc = 1g, then 3 scoops = 54g!) Be on the lookout since preworkout can give you jitters if you take too much. Glad I opened the other samples first since those have much smaller scoops. 

I was lucky enough to get this pro sample box and am very happy. The shaker is super nice, stainless steel with a variety of samples to choose from. I will be purchasing two of the samples in larger volume now that i had the chance to taste these. I would recommend picking this up!

Let me start by saying I have used many (at least 10) different pre-workout powders with caffeine and I have been fine. However, using the pre-workout sample from this box (I followed the label - Serving Size 3 Scoops) and it did not mix well at all with 12oz of water. It was extremely sweet and chalky and there was still powder left at the bottom after a full minute of shaking (this is way more time than I usually spend). I was absolutely wired during my workout (kinda nice actually) but shortly afterwards I had a very runny bowel movement and the bowl was BLUE (flavor was blue raspberry). That's when I knew the serving size is definitely incorrect, DO NOT TAKE 3 SCOOPS! I had 3 more bowel movements the same day, all runny and blue. Suffice it to say I am miserable, and this has never happened even with other preworkouts that have more caffeine (250+ mg) per serving.
