No fish burps
4Good product but label should clearly give the EPA and DHA mg. Need to raw a lot of pills to get the right amount of mgs. Goes Well With:Water

A great Omega Supplement
5I have been taking "Omega 3 6 9" for about a month now. I take the minimum suggested dose, as I supplement my diet with other beneficial fats already. I can't tell a difference in my wellbeing. However, that is due to the fact they I have been taking Omega supplements for years and simply decided to switch brands, for the additional oils contained in "Omega 3 6 9". I do not experience the burping and subsequent "fishy" taste in my mouth, that is common with some other fish oils. However, when using the bathroom, I did notice an increased smell of my urine, especially when I am slightly dehydrated. Other than that, I have not noticed any "adverse" results. "Omega 3 6 9" appears to be another great product from "My Protein".

Great Omega Supplement
5A great supplement you're getting for price per mg of omega fatty acids. There's no real foul odor when I continuously burp after consuming it. Only a few times I actually tasted a foul odor but it only lasts for a few seconds then my burps go back to being clean.

Necessity for everyone
5No matter what you're doing for exercise, adding fish oil is an excellent idea. The evidence is in your lab results. My HDL (good cholesterol) went up by 10, and my LDL (bad) went down by 20 while using this for a year. This is excellent for your overall health!

Perfect Product
5Great nutritionals in the 369 product, I struggled to find a cheaper product with anywhere near the same amount of fish oil. Best value for money, will definitely buy again!Goes Well With:Alpha Men
