Good casein
4This is better than others I have used. Like others thr powder is fine and kind if messy but o well. It works.

Good, Inexpensive Protein
5I bought this because it was on sale for much cheaper than most pure casein products. I found the flavor not as strong as R1's vanilla casein, but it still tastes good enough that I would enjoy eating it straight from the bag, so it works! I only use it in blended recipes, but I haven't found any issues with mixing it. Definitely thicker and more flavorful than vanilla whey.Goes Well With:Protein ice cream/whip, shakes, smoothies, baked goods, yogurt/cottage cheese

Excellent muscle repair + growth overnight
5MyProtein's Slow-Release Impact Casein has proven to be an excellent supplement for muscle repair and growth overnight for me. Bodybuilding legend, Mike Mentzer, was always quick to point out that muscle growth doesn't take place in the gym -- that's the stimulus for muscle growth. Muscle growth takes place during rest and MyProtein's Slow-Release Impact Casein provides the necessary protein and amino acids at the most critical time -- during sleep. I found it to be very effective for me and the flavour (Vanilla Ice Cream) is not overpowering and pleasant enough to be taken 30 minutes before bed.Goes Well With:I use MyProtein's Slow-Release Impact Casein with the IBCAA 2:1:1 which I use during each workout session.

Horrible.
1One of the worst casein protein I have ever tried. I know the texture of casein is supposed to be and taste a little different, but cmon this is essentially chalk with a chocolate flavor. Shake always tastes terrible and nearly unedible. I would like a refundGoes Well With:The trash can.

Great creatine horrible taste.
3I'm a huge fan of Myprotein and I was surprisingly excited when I found out they had a cookies and cream flavor for their creatine protein. To my disappointment, the flavor was nothing resembling creasing cream more like cream than anything else. Which is that really a bad thing if it actually tasted good. I tried making these in recipes, overnight oats, and straight drinking it. I have to say that the flavor is the hardest part about this protein powder because it's a mission to just consume it. It makes as well it makes well as long as I have a whey protein to mix it with. Other than that I give it 3 out of 5 stars. Wish it tasted way better because there are better options for cookie cream. ( P.S just like their other protein options like birthday cake, this protein powder does not have any pieces of actual cookies. Which is probably why it's low in calories so take that into consideration. )Goes Well With:In terms of flavor nothing. As for mixing it goes well with oats for overnight oats, protein cookies, and protein cupcakes or mug cakes.

5I have gotten casein in the past from other brands, that I did not like. I am very impressed with this powder as it mixes and tastes great. By far my favorite casein product I have bought!Goes Well With:I just mix with water and drink before I go to bed.

1This does not mix well at all. I bought a 5lb bag and I was looking forward to using it. I tried water and milk and neither works. It turns into a foam and you can’t even drink it. Total waste!Goes Well With:Nothing

5My brother bought the same item and was frustrated by the mess it made when he opened the bag, which made him grouchy about the item in general… so I was worried I’d not like it as much as other Myprotein products, but, I’m so grateful for the ease of mixing (with the Myprotein cup) and the flavor with water (no tedious blender multi-ingredient smoothies), that protein has become way easier and more enjoyable. I love it. It’s my pretty typical nighttime drink.
