Addictive with Almond Milk
5It's good by itself, but amazing with Almond Milk if you like a thick consistency. It also keeps me satiated for a good amount of time after having a cup. I recommend Cookies and Cream. Goes Well With:Almond Milk

Good Stuff
5This is a good protein to use as a base for your own meal replacement. Slowly digesting Casein keeps your body fed for a long time. It works well for making smoothies since it adds some thickness. I throw some fruit, sweetener, ice, water, and casein in the blender to make a great smoothie. If I'm really lazy and just need to keep my macros up, I'll mix it plain with some water and shoot it down. It doesn't have the repulsive aftertaste that whey has. Actually, when mixed with whey the whey aftertaste is tempered.Goes Well With:fruit, water, whey

Disappointing, also
2Forgot to add in my last review that this protein has a very strange foamy texture in the shaker bottle after use, and leaves a film in the bottle and sink after being discarded. It's difficult to clean the bottle and the sink must be wiped down after each use.

Disappointing
2I have three flavors of the casein: vanilla, chocolate smooth, and cookies and cream. First of all, the texture of the powder is really thick and chalky, so it clings to your fingers and the whole scoop, making a mess. It mixes well in water but has that artificial sweetener overly-sweet flavor that's nauseating. Each of the flavors themselves are not particularly strong -- in fact, they're all sort of bland, except for that artificial sweetness which makes it gross. If ordering this, I would stick to vanilla (only if you REALLY like vanilla) or chocolate smooth because anything else is unbearable. I did have some success baking this into a mug cake, but I loaded it up with cocoa powder to give it some kind of palatable flavor. While I would recommend their other products, I would not recommend this. Better off sticking to the whey and looking elsewhere for casein.Goes Well With:water

4Overall the price and quality is really good. The powder is difficult to handle though. It is very powdery and can be messy. However, I would buy it again as the price and value you can't top

5Excellent protein and it tastes great. I just wish they made a larger bag so I can pay less $$. I go through a lot of protein.

Super Effective!
5I have been using this product for over 15 months now and have only positive things to say about it. Two scops , every day before going to sleep or a perfect healthy protein rich brownie, Greek yoghurt ice cream ingredient...and is there anything better than some delicious morning banana casein protein, organic oatmeal pancakes?

Micellar casein
4Absolutely love this product got the 11 pound bag super happy. I have a shake before bed for extra protein if I didnt hit my macros for the day. Taste great mixes well don't have any complaints here. Extremely happy highly recommend this. It's great any way you mix it.

Good evening protein
4I tried flavoured and unflavoured; both have pretty poor powderish taste. They don't mix very well, and get really foamed when shaken. They seem to be more efficient as evening protein intake though: when I take it in the veneing, I wake up less hungry than compared to whey Isolate. I normally mix half casein and half isolate, and also add flavoured BCAA, that helps with taste and reduce a foaming a bit. I'm going to stop buying it though after I finish my current one.
