5At first the taste got to me, but i didnt add enough water. Overall, its great, it helps me throughout my workout and im not super sore after or the next day. I usually drink a whole bottle with this mixed in and frel fantastic when i workout.Goes Well With:WATER - recommendation of 10 oz.

Very good protein powder
5I've tried a lot of different protein powders and I found one at Costco that tasted fairly good. I was always scared to try another brand but decided to try this sample and I have to say this tastes really good. I got the vanilla and it honestly tasted like a vanilla milkshake melted. I bet if I blended it up with some ice I could get a vanilla bean frap. I found the powder clumped a little on the bottom for me but I didn't have trouble consuming. Would recommend!Goes Well With:Milk, Plant based milk

Not bad
4I got the peach rings sample and it tasted ok but tad bit sweeter than I would have liked. I ended up watering it down a lot but otherwise ok. Mixes well and gives me the energy to get through a workout session. Muscles don't seem to be as sore as well. Goes Well With:Water

Great Taste
5I drank this post workout to help my muscles recover. It did give me a little boost of energy as well. Goes Well With:This goes well with the Clear Isolate Whey for pre-workout and then the Amino Boost for post workout.

Pretty good boost
5Added this tj an order to meet the free shipping threshold and was definitely worth it. It tasted great and I felt like I could focus better. Definitely would buy it again.

Taste is awful
3Other than the taste I really liked the product gave enough energy without the jitters recommend if you are sensitive to pre workout but I suggest another flavor snow cone was not great at allÂ

5The product definitely works and has a beneficial effect when working out. It is a great pre-workout with not too much caffeine and no crash. The snowcone flavor is nice but tastes like Tylenol which isn't exactly bad but just isn't the most refreshing flavor. Goes Well With:Water

Great taste and energy
4Great for getting extra energy before a workout. Does not make you feel nauseous because it’s just the right amount of energy. Tastes great but rainbow sherbet flavor isn’t too throng but still tastes great.
