Nasty taste
I am so thankful I only bought samples of this product. I bought 2 lemonade samples and two peach ring samples. I have only tried the lemonade ones and I tell you what. This is the worst I have ever tasted. The first time I had tried it, it was all I could do to get it down. The 2nd time, was just two days ago and what went down tasted so bad that it came right back up. I poured the rest down the toilet where it belongs. I was really hoping for a fresh lemony flavor that would go down like the ice cold summer drink we all should enjoy. I am truly afraid to try the Peach Rings and am going to just leave them at the gym for some one else to try. I can't do it. My stomach is turning at the thought. On the bright side, the powder does mix great in a shaker bottle and along with maybe 10 ice cubes. Mixing is no issue. I only tried one sample but will have to say I think it helped a lot with recovery and decreased muscle soreness. However, because of the flavor, I am just going to stick with adding coconut water & water to my other BCAA mixes and continue consuming a good amount of pineapple for recovery.Goes Well With:ice cold water and lots of ice

Tasty Lemonade
I got a sample, so it's hard to evaluate effectiveness over time. However, using and drinking this sample was easy, it mixed pretty quickly in my bottle, with just a little "sludge" residue at the bottom that was alleviated by shaking it a little more. The taste was very close to lemonade and was easy to drink. Would definitely buy again.
