Too sweet
3Had the lemonade flavour, mixed with my 27oz bottle of water instead of the 8-12oz from the instruction, still wayyyyyy to sweet to my liking. Taste aside, been using this during workout in combination with creatine pre-workout for two weeks, I’m feeling more energetic during workout and helps recovery.

Great product
5I use this with creatine to treat my COPD and they have helped to improve my lung function which has allowed me to stay at the gym longer and get a better workout.Goes Well With:Just mix with water. The flavor is great.

Rainbow Sherbet Undrinkable
1Way too much rainbow flavor added. I've had the snow cone and peach ring and they were pretty good, but the rainbow sherbet was undrinkable.

Solid, Use as instructed
4I have been using EAA now for at least 6 months. As instructed, the best way to use this is during the midpoint of your workout. Mix with ginger (to reduce DOMS), I use this to keep me going, similar to drinking Whey combined with a Gatorade. This works well. The price is great, it tastes great, and helps me push past my normal fatigue. I notice I'm usually sorer post-workout because I push harder in the gym thanks to this. As an added bonus, the EAA+Greens is great as well as it gives your a host of green vegetables to get your daily serving.

Recovery Through the Roof
5Perfect blend of some daily amino acids alongside astragin for gut health and vitacherry for even more recovery. i like to go to the gym 7 days a week, and i feel this allows me to do that without being overworked. right on. Goes Well With:COLD water

Definitely buying again
5I have been vegan for about 6 years but just recently began working out and lifting. My husband and I have bought BCAAs not knowing that we really should have been taking EAAs. We bought the snow cone flavor; I have had other brands’ “snow cone” flavored powders like preworkout and disliked them. But MYPROTEIN snow cone flavor is not over powering and tastes great! Goes Well With:Mixed with ice water

Great at all around
5Got rainbow sherbet and it's really sweet l so I mix it with 40 oz of water. I noticed I have more energy during my workouts and have shorter recovery periods.Goes Well With:Water
