Awesome plant based protein
5The taste was mid, but the protein and macros were impressive. I was looking for a heavy protein filled mix that I could use to help gain muscle without overloading the calories. This was the first one that delivers both that isn’t the clear whey line. I’m definitely reordering once it is back in stock. It really was a game changer addition to my diet. Goes Well With:Anything, water and frozen fruit for a quick blended shake, mixed in to batter make a quick low carb high protein mug cake, or with iced coffee to make a frappe.Â

Protein
4I like the taste, my husband is not a fan. Mixes easy and has a decent amount of protein!Goes Well With:I mix it with some oats, peanut butter, a banana and some almond milk

dissapointing
1I have tried a whole variety of My protein vegan proteins from soy, pea, vegan blend protein blend, superfood blend, in all different flavors. This is the first time I was disappointed. Sweet bland taste that does not resemble peanut butter or chocolate, stuck with a big tub that i have no desire to use in shakes, protein oatmeal, baked goods, etc., that I usually make with protein powder. Will stick to pea or vegan protein blend.

Bad taste
1This honestly has to be the worst tasting protein I’ve ever tried - I swear it smells like peas and that’s all I taste, with like a hint of maybe chocolate but mostly it’s just artificially sweetened flavored peas. I absolutely love all my other animal free purchases I’ve gotten - especially the wheyfwrd line but this one is just a huge miss. Unfortunately I’m stuck losing money because there’s no option to return a container you’ve had one serving from. I couldn’t even stomach the one serving I tried and ultimately dumped it down the drain. Buy something else if you’re like me and sensitive to flavors! Goes Well With:Water

Great taste
5While I can see that people won't like it as it's similar to eating sugar-free banana pudding but myself, I love it. I use it with water, almond milk, or making it into a coconut milk base protein ice cream.Goes Well With:Plant-base milks

Subpar
2Very gritty, does not mix well, dries fast, and flaky, overall would not recommend Goes Well With:The best I have had it with was some vanilla almond milk, but it still is not good. Other products are much better for the money.

Artificial banana chalk
1There was a promotion for this protein so that’s why I decided to get it, but it’s terrible. Not only is it hard to mix, gets clumpy and you really have to mix it but it tastes extremely chalky and the banana flavor is so artificial tasting it’s gross. The protein powders don’t have the best flavor, but this one is the worst. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.Â

Surprisingly Good
5I've had the ioPea peanut butter chocolate protein which was good, so I thought I'd try a different flavor. I'm always wary of banana flavored things because they can have that super artificial taste, but this actually tasted like you made a banana smoothie. It had a hint of cinnamon for more of a banana bread taste too. Hella tasty !Goes Well With:water

It's fine
3I was really surprised by there wasn't really either a chocolate or PB taste to this powder, slightly disappointed with that but everything else about this product is great as it mixes well with whatever you put it with and the macros are nothing to sneeze at. Would wait for a price drop first to try it out.Goes Well With:Water, Vegan Milk and powdered snack mixes.

5But honestly this has to be the best protein the market I always hated the aftertaste of whey protein and struggled to find an alternative but this protein is really good it tastes just like a shake you would do at home and it's even better because it's sweetened with stevia instead of sucralose I am probably buying 3 more tubsGoes Well With:Water
