We’ve even added beta-alanine to enhance the buffering capacity of muscle, alongside 2500mg of Betaine Anhydrous, which can help increase power output. It delivers 4g of citrulline to increase blood flow to working muscles, and is packed with 50mg of theacrine to increase motivation and focus. Our formula also contains Bioperine® to increase absorption and availability of active ingredients.

DELICIOUS
I've never used pre workout before but I'm glad they dont taste as bad as I thought. The mix was fairly easy to do in my flask, along with some ice. The pump was insane, I felt cracked out within a matter of seconds. Recommended.

Good flavor, pretty sweet
I have tried this a few times and I like the flavor. It is sweet but goes down easily. I did order the larger container after trying a few samples. Goes Well With:ice and water
