THE Pre-Workout is always on hand to push you to peak performance — with its unique blend of ingredients designed to help power through even the most intense workouts.

We’ve even added beta-alanine to enhance the buffering capacity of muscle, alongside 2500mg of Betaine Anhydrous, which can help increase power output. It delivers 4g of citrulline to increase blood flow to working muscles, and is packed with 50mg of TeaCrine® to increase motivation and focus. Our formula also contains Bioperine® to increase absorption and availability of active ingredients.

THE Pre-Workout: Ingredient Breakdown:

L-Citrulline: increases blood flow to muscles and amino acid uptake.

Beta Alanine: Increases buffering capacity of muscle and helps shuttle lactic acid. *

Betaine Anhydrous: Increased power output.*

Creatine: Increases muscle size, and physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.*

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine: reduces the effect of stress and fatigue on cognitive performance.

Theacrine (TeaCrine®): improves motivation to exercise, concentration, energy and mood without jitters or irritability.

Niacin: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B12: contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

For best results, have 30 minutes before your workout — mix 1 scoop with 300-400ml of water.
