4It’s a good product in my opinion. It’s very good for energy but the taste is somewhat bland and underwhelming so I had to mix it with citric acid. All in all, it’s ok I can take or leave the spiciness but it’s a fun kick. I do feel the effect fast, so if you’re just looking for a quick acting pre, this maybe a good one for you.

3I thought the MyProtein thermo preworkout tasted way better than this. Kinda disappointing!

Gritty. Only worth it if cheap
3Gritty and not particularly effective. I try theirs again every couple years to see if they've gotten any better. They haven't changed since a few years ago

It really works.
5Just two teaspoons before exercise will make you sweat tremendously, even during static exercise. Sweating means you are expending energy, which is motivating.Goes Well With:Take before exercise. For energy burn.

The best pre-workout
5This is the best pre-workout I’ve found, and I’ve tried a bunch of them. Mix up with water and drink it down. Once it’s gone, drink more water. It gives me a better pump. Mixability is great, tastes great.

Would not recommend this preworkout
3I didn't think this was a good tasting pre-workout, very disappointed. I found that it tasted like chemicals, and it was mixable even with a good shaking from a shaker bottle.

4Overall a good preworkout. Flavor is nice and gets me pumped for gym
