I was a first time user of a pre workout and I only wish I would have ordered this sooner. Does it's job, as described. Great mixability and good flavor. You do taste the peppery flavor, but I actually like that a lot, as it helps reduce the sweetness.

One Star: Taste: Probably one of the worst tasting supplements I've ever had - and in the past I have used straight/unflavored pre/intra workout supplements. Effectiveness: Didn't sweat anymore than I would in a normal workout. Other thermos I can feel, i sweat, its good. This is not. Also, no 'kick' for being a pre-workout. No extra focus or pump. This peppery pre-workout drink definitely helps you during a workout. I have never sweated so much until I started drinking this. I am not crazy about the taste (peach/mango), but you will get used to it. I'm about to order my third container.
