Decent, not great
3I got the grapefruit flavor and I’m not really a fan. It’s kind of bitter almost acidic tasting. The product works great, it helps you focus without the jitters. Just didn’t care for the taste.

Best Caffeine Free pre-workout
5The Pump is the best stimulant free pre-work out. Great for when you’ve already had too much coffee for the day, or not. This pre-work out is one of the best I’ve tried regardless of the zero caffeine. It mixes very good. I just mix it with water, and drinking plenty of water after you finish the dose helps immensely.

Best Stim Free On The Market
5I don’t know why everyone here is bagging on the flavor. My gf & I love the grapefruit flavor. It’s not overly sweet and it has a tea-ish mouth feel. Great pumps from this as well, very effective and well rounded stim free pre workout. Goes Well With:Leg Day / Water / Creatine

I love it!
4I love this product. Due to schedule I work out fairly late and felt my pumps have been lack luster without preworkout. So I decided to try this and got instant results. The pumps I would get were insane! Only issue I have is that this is never in stock and I'm running low.

Hits hard
5Love this product, gives an extra boost without the caffeine. Love the jitters it gives me. But imo the grapefruit is hard to get down so I recommend the other oneGoes Well With:Water

Taste is awful
2The taste of this pre workout is by far the worst Ive tried so far, its has a super bitter after taste... MyProtein should work a little more on this for this product because thats really not good, and Im not a picky person in general.

OK Taste, Reasonable Tingle
4It's pretty hard to tell if a pump product really works if you ask me. That said, the taste of this is fine - the pepper kinda sticks around a bit on your lips after your done. Gives a mild beta alanine tingle that's just enough to make sure you go through with your work-out on those days when you don't really feel like it.

5People were digging on this for the taste but it’s not even that bad, granted I haven’t tried it just by itself, but the orange flavor surprisingly goes great with the blue raspberry preworkout from my proteinGoes Well With:Blue raspberry pre and water
