This is a shirt. It's really well-fitted with a nice elastic compression around the upper body, while offering more forgiveness around the abdomen, making it not too tight but without being baggy. Super comfortable material that doesnt make lifting your arms above your head uncomfortable, and you don't have to go digging the sleeves out of your armpits afterwards. I wear both at the gym and at leisure. Recommend! Note: I'm 6'2, 185, and Medium is true to size
