Very shoddy construction

It's almost certainly a shirt with the sleeves cut off. The arm holes don't have any seams, so the edge is already fraying on arrival. Since it looks like it used to be a shirt, the shoulder area is very shoddy. One of the shoulders was folded and finished properly, but the other was just left with loose thread hanging around the shoulder seam. The shoulder stitches start to come apart if you lightly tug at it. I guess it's fine if you want your shirt to start falling apart right from the get-go, but might as well just save some money by grabbing a pair of scissors and an old shirt, since that's basically what this is. I can't believe this is actually being sold as a product.
